Our chefs use fresh ingredients, traditional spices, and fragrant herbs to craft dishes rich in flavour, texture, and aroma—true to the heart of Thai culture and cuisine.
The name Siam reflects Thailand’s former name before it was officially changed back to the Kingdom of Thailand in 1948. At The Old Siam, we honour that legacy through every dish we serve.
